Après son apprentissage chez le très célèbre chocolatier Dufoux à La Clayette, Benjamin a continué son évolution chez Lenôtre à Paris puis chez Lac à Nice. En 2014, il ouvre sa pâtisserie pour le plaisir des gourmets.

Caroline vous accueille à la boutique du mardi au samedi de 9h à 13h et de 15h à 19h et le dimanche de 9h à 12h30.
